Doubt
Logical pressure to question everything
Your doubt is a service, not a flaw. You feel the weak point in any pattern, and the question you ask is the one that makes the plan stronger.
01 The reading
Every sound structure in the world was stress-tested by somebody's skepticism. That's your function: plans, arguments, and forecasts pass through you and the soft spots light up. The question you can't help asking in the meeting, the one that makes the optimists sigh, is frequently the one that would have cost a fortune to discover later.
Doubt only sours when it loses its target. Pointed at patterns, it's quality control; pointed at people, it becomes suspicion; pointed inward and left running, it becomes a background hum of self-questioning that audits your worth on a loop. The pressure is the same in all three cases. Only the aim makes it a gift.
02 Polarity
expression
Doubt turned on people or on yourself: suspicion where scrutiny was meant, and a hum of self-questioning that settles nothing.
expression
The load-bearing question. Your skepticism, aimed at the pattern instead of the person, is why the bridge holds.
03 When it visits by transit
Questions and second thoughts may multiply; the skeptical pressure is temporarily borrowed. Aim it at plans, not at your worth, and let it drain away with the transit.
04 A question to sit with
Is your current doubt pointing at a real weak spot, or just circling?

Your mind runs quality control on the future. Doubts arrive and you turn them into testable answers. That loop, question then formula, serves everyone downstream.
The Head is where questions come from: the quiet mental pressure to wonder, doubt, and make sense of things. It fuels thinking; it doesn't make decisions.
Your mind produces answers the way some minds produce worries: quickly and constantly. Each answer is really a good guess that wants testing, and that's exactly its value.
