Behavior of the Self ↔ The Gentle
Your instincts are wired straight into how you carry yourself. In uncertain situations you tend to do the right next thing before you can explain it.
01 The reading
This is survival intelligence expressed as conduct. You cross the street a block early, ask the question that defuses the tension, leave the party twenty minutes before it sours, and none of it goes through deliberation. Your body steers, and the steering is good.
Trusting it is a practice, because the guidance never comes with paperwork. The mind wants reasons in advance; this wiring supplies them only in hindsight, if at all. People who live well with it develop a specific humility: when the body swerves, they let it, and sort out the explanation later or never.
02 Defined and bridged
hold both
A consistent line between intuition and behavior. Your body adjusts course in real time, often before danger or opportunity is visible.
bridged
One side hears the instinctive whisper, the other turns it into lived behavior. Bridged, gut knowing stops being a hunch and becomes a way of moving through the world.
03 When it visits by transit
Instinct and behavior are temporarily wired together. Snap adjustments may come easily; trust the borrowed reflexes in the moment they speak, and expect them to quiet after the transit.
04 A question to sit with
When did your body course-correct today before your mind caught up?

The core question you carry is whether you're living as yourself. When your outer behavior matches your inner nature, life hums; when you perform a role, everything gets heavy.
Part of you knows things a beat before your mind does. It speaks once, quietly, in the present tense, and it has an unreasonable accuracy record.
The G Center holds identity, love, and direction: the quiet sense of who you are and where your life is pointing. It's the chart's compass.
The Spleen is the body's oldest awareness: instinct, timing, and the immune-like sense of what's healthy and what's off. It keeps you well in real time.
